Palabra del día – Chiquito

Chiquito-a (Adjetivo – sustantivo)

English: Something or somebody small, little girl or little boy, Small glass of wine

Spanish: Chico o niño pequeño, algo o alguien pequeño. Vaso pequeño de vino.

Example: camarero ponme un chiquito de tinto. Chiquito vuelve a casa a tu hora.

Other meanings:

Chiquitin – very small

Andarse con chiquitas – to beat around the bush
