Comisario – a (Sustantivo masculino, femenino)

English: Police inspector, commissioner, captain, superintendent, police chief

Spanish: Jefe de una comisaria. Alto cargo de la policía, inspector o detective. Persona que tiene poder y facultad de otra para ejecutar alguna orden o entender en algún negocio.

Examples: El comisario arrestó a los delincuentes. El comisario de la Unión Europea Michel Barnier aprobó la ley.
